In the sea of clay figurines

for some reason i really like this. don’t want to wear it, but might make a little charcter in a space suit :)
This is my final for Look Both Ways project, It has taken me AGES to get to this point!! I have 34 individual characters altogether each with their own personality, and most are representing the ‘brit’s abroad stereotype’. The final shows the holiday resort ‘Atlantis’ under the sea and you can look at it both ways, as either believing in the myth with a possible pool and sea under the ocean…. Or you can view it as it the resort is just inspired by the Mythical underwater city.
Just discovered this amazing illustrator James Clapham!!
His work is everything i’ve been looking for; bright, beautiful colours, hand drawn lines, blow your brains imagination… This is the style i’ve been looking to find for so long!! I’m going to use his work as a MASSIVE inspiration for my final project!
